Senior Development Lead

As a senior developer at Bright Wolf you and your peers in Account and Project Management will work directly with our Fortune 1000 clients to adopt and derive real business value from the Internet of Things. Senior Development Leads at Bright Wolf are developers with the interest and demonstrated capability to mentor junior team members and lead sophisticated software development projects.

Responsibilities and Qualifications (or equivalent) include:

  • Build and maintain robust, scalable, and secure distributed software systems
  • Build tools and services to make the product more user-friendly and the team more productive
  • Provide detailed and constructive design and code reviews
  • Solid understanding of the various cloud hosting services such as AWS and Azure
  • Experience with common J2EE technologies and frameworks
  • Excellent Java and object-oriented development skills
  • Experience with mobile and web technology stacks
  • Solid understanding of data modeling, database design, performance monitoring and tuning
  • Experience working with NoSQL databases
