As a senior development lead at Bright Wolf, you are responsible for building next-generation industrial IoT solutions for some of the largest companies in the world. We help our Fortune 1000 clients revolutionize their operations and supply chains, creating more value through connected products and enterprise data integrations, including advanced analytics and AI. Software Quality Assurance Engineer

As a Software Quality Assurance Engineer at Bright Wolf, you are responsible for testing next-generation industrial IoT solutions for some of the largest companies in the world. Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement best testing practices to ensure that software deliverables meet Bright Wolf’s rigorous quality standards
  • Develop and maintain test plans and test cases and automated test scripts that are effective at identifying defects
  • Work closely with software development project teams to implement testing methods and validate test cases
  • Build test automation frameworks to meet project needs
  • Write test automation code using appropriate languages to run in CI/CD process.
  • Develop methods for automated and manual testing of software applications. Mentor others on efficient strategies and tools for achieving quality and testing efficiency goals

Requirements:

  • Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or Software Engineering
  • 3+ years as a Software QA Engineer and/or a Software Test Engineer
  • 2+ years test automation experience with Selenium, Postman, Rest Assured or similar tools
  • Experience testing web applications, databases, and APIs
  • Knowledge of Agile Methodology and CI/CD process
  • Experience in scripting automated test suites
  • Experience implementing software application QA methodologies, tools, and processes
  • Experience with modern ALM tools and processes, including: test project management, defect tracking, writing test plans, test scenarios, and test reports.

Strategic Account Manager

As a Strategic Account Manager at Bright Wolf, you and your peers in sales, service, and development will work directly with our Fortune 1000 clients to drive real business value from the Internet of Things. Strategic Account Managers at Bright Wolf combine enterprise solution experience with the demonstrated capability to manage large complex accounts with multi-million dollar contract value, providing both commercial and technical direction.

The Strategic Account Manager develops and expands relationships with strategically important large customers, including overall responsibility for the relationship, revenue targets, and the technology and solution direction within each of your accounts. As Strategic Account Manager, you represent Bright Wolf’s people and solutions within your accounts, leading the customer lifecycle and ensuring your customers’ needs and expectations are met by Bright Wolf.

Duties and Responsibilities include:

  • Develop a solid and trusting relationship with major key clients
  • Develop a complete understanding of key client needs at the technical, commercial, and relationship levels
  • Establish an overarching commercial & technical roadmap with timelines of performance across multiple projects
  • Achieve annual and quarterly revenue targets across multiple clients and projects
  • Collaborate with sales and engineering teams as needed for scoping, writing, and winning proposals
  • Manage resolution of client issues and challenges
  • Anticipate account changes and improvements
  • Manage communications between clients and internal teams
  • Strategic planning to improve client results
  • Establish and oversee internal budgets with the company and external budgets with your clients

Requirements and Qualifications (or equivalent) include:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; must be a listener, a presenter, and have outstanding interpersonal relationship skills
  • Able to prioritize, and manage time efficiently across multiple clients and projects
  • Provide input into detailed designs
  • Self-motivated and self-directed
  • Ability to quickly understand company key clients and their position in the industry
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, sales, engineering, or relevant field
  • 5 years previous work experience in technical sales, product management, key account management, or relevant experience
  • Strong negotiation skills, with ability to follow through on client contracts
  • Proven results of delivering client solutions and meeting sales goals
  • Occasional travel to customer locations is required (< 20%)

Technical Project Manager

As a technical project manager at Bright Wolf, you and your peers in Account and Technical Management will work directly with our Fortune 1000 clients to adopt and derive real business value from the Internet of Things. Technical Project Managers at Bright Wolf have the interest and demonstrated capability to develop relationships with clients and manage sophisticated software development projects.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Proactively manage risks on projects
  • Motivate and shape opinions of internal and external stakeholders
  • Proactively coordinates with client project management to ensure total project success

  • Experience in a client management role in a consultancy or agency work environment
  • PMP certification (or equivalent job experience) and 3+ years experience delivering complex distributed software projects to external customers
  • Outstanding organization skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
  • Experience with agile project management and methodology
  • Experience with software development life cycle

Head of Sales

As Head of Sales at Bright Wolf you are a member of the senior leadership team, responsible for managing and maintaining all aspects of sales performance toward the company’s continued success.  You will provide leadership in all the sales and customer relations aspects of the business, including closing new business as well as the development and maintenance of relationships that provide mutual value to Bright Wolf and our customers.

Responsibilities include:

  • Be an effective member of the executive leadership team of the company and an outstanding representative of the culture and brand
  • Build the Bright Wolf sales organization, including people, methods, and practices
  • Develop strategic sales plans based on company goals that will promote continued sales growth and customer satisfaction for the organization
  • Ensure a continuous pipeline of new business from both existing and new customers
  • Maintain an accurate sales forecast and contribute substantially to the business planning activities of the company
  • Coordinate with marketing to inform and maximize the effectiveness of demand generation
  • Travel as needed to support customer relationships and close new business

Qualifications:

  • Progressive world class enterprise software technology sales and service professional with extensive experience closing 6- and 7-figure deals
