Front End Development Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work with UX designers to bring UI designs from concept to implementation through rapid prototyping and evaluation of design ideas
  • Develop new software to implement features and functionality to meet our customer’s needs
  • Actively participate in scoping, estimating, code reviews throughout the development process
  • Communicate with your fellow coworkers about your progress and offer suggestions/improvements to continually improve all aspects of the software and development process

Key Qualifications:

  • Extensive experience building web applications using HTML5, CSS, LESS (or SASS), JavaScript, and REST services

  • Ability to analyze DOM in detail and debug Javascript using browser developer tools
  • Experience with modern client-side libraries and application frameworks like JQuery and Bootstrap

Strategic Account Manager

As a Strategic Account Manager at Bright Wolf, you and your peers in sales, service, and development will work directly with our Fortune 1000 clients to drive real business value from the Internet of Things. Strategic Account Managers at Bright Wolf combine enterprise solution experience with the demonstrated capability to manage large complex accounts with multi-million dollar contract value, providing both commercial and technical direction.

The Strategic Account Manager develops and expands relationships with strategically important large customers, including overall responsibility for the relationship, revenue targets, and the technology and solution direction within each of your accounts. As Strategic Account Manager, you represent Bright Wolf’s people and solutions within your accounts, leading the customer lifecycle and ensuring your customers’ needs and expectations are met by Bright Wolf.

Duties and Responsibilities include:

  • Develop a solid and trusting relationship with major key clients
  • Develop a complete understanding of key client needs at the technical, commercial, and relationship levels
  • Establish an overarching commercial & technical roadmap with timelines of performance across multiple projects
  • Achieve annual and quarterly revenue targets across multiple clients and projects
  • Collaborate with sales and engineering teams as needed for scoping, writing, and winning proposals
  • Manage resolution of client issues and challenges
  • Anticipate account changes and improvements
  • Manage communications between clients and internal teams

  • Establish and oversee internal budgets with the company and external budgets with your clients

Requirements and Qualifications (or equivalent) include:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; must be a listener, a presenter, and have outstanding interpersonal relationship skills
  • Able to prioritize, and manage time efficiently across multiple clients and projects
  • Provide input into detailed designs
  • Self-motivated and self-directed
  • Ability to quickly understand company key clients and their position in the industry
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, sales, engineering, or relevant field
  • 5 years previous work experience in technical sales, product management, key account management, or relevant experience
  • Strong negotiation skills, with ability to follow through on client contracts

  • Occasional travel to customer locations is required (< 20%)

Technical Project Manager

As a technical project manager at Bright Wolf, you and your peers in Account and Technical Management will work directly with our Fortune 1000 clients to adopt and derive real business value from the Internet of Things. Technical Project Managers at Bright Wolf have the interest and demonstrated capability to develop relationships with clients and manage sophisticated software development projects.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Proactively manage risks on projects
  • Motivate and shape opinions of internal and external stakeholders
  • Proactively coordinates with client project management to ensure total project success
  • Manage tasks and deliverables for robust, scalable, and secure distributed software systems
  • Partner with technical lead to ensure deliverables are completed on time within budget
  • Communicate status and managing expectations both internally and externally

Requirements and Qualifications (or equivalent) include:

  • Experience in a client management role in a consultancy or agency work environment
  • PMP certification (or equivalent job experience) and 3+ years experience delivering complex distributed software projects to external customers
  • Outstanding organization skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
  • Experience with agile project management and methodology

DevOps Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, build, maintain and troubleshoot tools/pipelines for building/operating scalable and secure distributed software systems
  • Be passionate and help to improve the availability, performance, scalability, and security of the products and systems
  • Operate cloud production systems ensuring a strong focus on monitoring and metrics for analyzing health and usage of features
  • Work closely with product management and application engineers to ensure that the systems are designed to be robust with a focus on high availability
  • Lead the evaluation of new technologies and drive their incorporation into our technology stack

Key Qualifications:

  • Experience with DevOps, Continuous Delivery, and related tools, such as GitHub, Docker, Ansible, Puppet, Chef, or equivalents
  • Knowledge of cloud infrastructure architecture, deployment strategies and managed services for AWS and/or Azure
  • Experience designing build systems with Jenkins and Code Pipeline
  • Familiarity with Docker/Kubernetes and other container orchestration tools
  • Working knowledge of utility scripting languages (e.g., Bash, Python, etc.)
  • Comfort with both Linux and Windows system administration
  • Experience with basic database administration (MySQL, Postgres, etc.)
