Senior Marketing Manager

As Senior Marketing Manager at Bright Wolf you are responsible for driving the design and execution of both awareness and lead generation activities and programs. You will translate the market strategy and unique value proposition of the company into strategies and plans that result in our continued growth, and you will be responsible for executing those plans. Using your experience in B2B enterprise technology marketing, you will create, prioritize and manage marketing resources and programs, resulting in a reliable stream of demand for our offerings.

Responsibilities include:

  • Clearly articulate our offerings, key benefits, and messages
  • Create and execute compelling marketing campaigns, using a combination of hands-on and managing external providers, across various channels and assets: email, ABM, web, SEO, display ads, social media, industry influencers, etc
  • Create awareness of Bright Wolf capabilities and position team members as thought leaders in the industry
  • Stay abreast of market trends and topics to drive relevant content to our customers and prospects
  • Analyze campaign performance profiling to drive new client acquisition & sales revenue
  • Lead and coordinate internal resources, and directly manage external resources, to deliver content and programs that drive demand
  • Play a key role in continually evolving our marketing strategy and direction so we remain durably impactful to our customers

Qualifications and Competencies:

  • Talent for messaging and positioning, combined with experience in executing marketing programs and campaigns to create demand
  • Keen sense for creating scalable, repeatable, predictable demand for 6- and 7-figure deals
  • Excellent communication and clarification skills – ability to clearly articulate both differentiated value, and marketing planning and direction
  • Hands-on ability to execute multi-channel digital marketing campaigns using a variety of tools and resources including external vendors
  • Relevant experience in a similar position with a similar stage company to Bright Wolf, including with technology products and services or technology-enabled services organizations
  • A strong desire to improve your craft and to have a durable impact on your peers and customers
  • Use of analytics and system thinking to inform marketing priorities and decisions

Senior Development Lead

As a senior development lead at Bright Wolf, you are responsible for building next-generation industrial IoT solutions for some of the largest companies in the world. We help our Fortune 1000 clients revolutionize their operations and supply chains, creating more value through connected products and enterprise data integrations, including advanced analytics and AI. You are a systems thinker and solver of complex challenges, always seeking new ways to achieve better results for your team and your customers through your leadership abilities and technical strengths.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and deliver robust, scalable, and secure distributed software systems spanning edge and cloud
  • Provide leadership including constructive code reviews and design guidance to team members
  • Drive the Bright Wolf platform and common microservices forward
  • Lead a technical team by example and foster growth in junior team members

Key Qualifications:

  • Demonstrable track record of leading the delivery of complex distributed system projects using AWS and/or Microsoft Azure cloud services

Software Quality Assurance Engineer

As a Software Quality Assurance Engineer at Bright Wolf, you are responsible for testing next-generation industrial IoT solutions for some of the largest companies in the world. We help our Fortune 1000 clients revolutionize their operations and supply chains, creating more value through connected products and enterprise data integrations, including advanced analytics and machine learning. You are a systems thinker and solver of complex challenges. You are always seeking new ways to achieve better results for your team and your customers through your leadership abilities and technical strengths.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement best testing practices to ensure that software deliverables meet Bright Wolf’s rigorous quality standards
  • Develop and maintain test plans and test cases and automated test scripts that are effective at identifying defects
  • Work closely with software development project teams to implement testing methods and validate test cases
  • Build test automation frameworks to meet project needs
  • Write test automation code using appropriate languages to run in CI/CD process.
  • Develop methods for automated and manual testing of software applications. Mentor others on efficient strategies and tools for achieving quality and testing efficiency goals

Requirements:

  • Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or Software Engineering
  • 3+ years as a Software QA Engineer and/or a Software Test Engineer
  • 2+ years test automation experience with Selenium, Postman, Rest Assured or similar tools
  • Experience testing web applications, databases, and APIs
  • Knowledge of Agile Methodology and CI/CD process
  • Experience in scripting automated test suites
  • Experience implementing software application QA methodologies, tools, and processes
  • Experience with modern ALM tools and processes, including: test project management, defect tracking, writing test plans, test scenarios, and test reports.

Product Manager

As a Product Manager at Bright Wolf, you’ll partner with Fortune 1000 clients to develop a vision that translates into real business value.  Product Managers at Bright Wolf combine expertise in enterprise-level product development, sales, and requirements gathering with the demonstrated capability to manage large complex accounts and projects while providing strategic direction to the rest of the team.

The Product Manager develops and expands a relationship of trust with our clients. They do this through outstanding service and execution. This includes responsibility for internally carrying the product vision, developing the delivery roadmap, and the management of the delivery of the solution. As Product Manager, you represent Bright Wolf’s people and solutions to the customer, ensuring your clients’ needs and expectations are exceeded by the delivery team.

Responsibilities:

  • Engage with clients directly to understand their organizational, technical, and commercial needs
  • Establish deep trust with clients and development team by seeking to listen and understand first 
  • Lead the team in effective decision-making across a range of complex issues including budget, scope, design, technical architecture, and development process to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget
  • Effectively manage well-crafted communication for various internal and external audiences including engineering, design, marketing, and other key stakeholders 
  • Establish an overarching commercial & technical roadmap with timelines of performance across multiple projects
  • Proactively manage risks to projects and the long term solution roadmap in order to ensure Bright Wolf has a durable impact on the long term success of our clients
  • Ensure accounts under your management achieve annual and quarterly revenue targets 
  • Collaborate with sales and engineering teams as needed for scoping, writing, and winning proposals
  • Manage resolution of client issues and challenges when they arise 
  • Perform strategic planning, anticipating account changes and proactively implementing improvements
  • Apply appropriate project and team management frameworks that best suit the specific situation and account needs
  • Establish and maintain budgets and resource plans to ensure solvency and transparency around a given initiative’s progress and remaining roadmap

Qualifications:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; must be a listener, a presenter, and have outstanding interpersonal relationship skills
  • Able to prioritize, and manage time efficiently across multiple clients and projects
  • Experience leading large software development projects, from discovery through design, implementation, deployment, and follow-on support
  • Self-motivated and self-directed with a high degree of ownership
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
  • 5 years previous work experience in technical sales, product management, project management, team lead, scrum master, or other appropriate experience in a client services business.
  • Strong negotiation skills, with the ability to follow through on developing new client contracts
  • Proven results of delivering client solutions and meeting sales goals
  • Travel to customer locations is required (up to 20%)
